Naruto would depend less on kyuubi.
Power levels would not go above Pain arc . (except juubi/juubito and madara)
Madara would not use susano without his eyes.
Madara would fight more tactically.

obito won't lose tobi's personality and would be firm on his goal and then get backstabbed by madara/zetsu.
Sasuke would so Kabuto.
Itachi would also meet hokages with sasuke.
After Sasuke becomes good, itachi would be happy and satisfied, tears will drop down from his eyes and his edo would disappear automatically.
Prime hiruzen will maintain his hype but would still not be the god of shinobi.
Kakashi v/s 7 swordsman of mist and mangestsu escapes.
Suigetsu meets mangetsu and fights him.
Juugo fights one edo.
A separate K11 vs edo arc where k11 will show how much they improved.

-Gaara remains dead in the Kazekage arc (development for Naruto) and Chiyo dies against Sasori by sacrificing herself in order to give Sakura an oportunity to defeat Sasori
-Tobi would have died in the Deidara explosion simply as Tobi.
- No EMS.
- After killing Itachi, Sasuke would start to question what to do next,he would eventually return to the village and challenge Naruto in a battle to see who's stronger, Naruto'd toand because he was afiliated with Orochimaru, Sasuke would end up as a prisoner of konoha.
- When Pain invades the Leaf, Sasuke somehow escapes and redeems himself by fighting Pain, however he is not strong enough and looses.
-Tsunade dies.
- Konan dies fighting a random someone (probably Ino, Sakura and Hinata like in that opening sequence)
-Naruto arrives and defeats Pain and Nagato (no Rinne Tensei BS).
- Naruto becomes the 6th Hokage.

[Fair Warning]

- Sakura finally sees Naruto as better than Sasuke
- Naruto creates ultimate jutsu, the only weakness is his inability to kill with it
