Katon attacks would keep Minato at a distance and Manda is more than enough to finish off gamabunta, as canonically, had Tsunade not intervened, Manda would have devoured him whole. Susano'o isn't even needed in this situation, as Sasuke outclasses him outright on grounds of versatility, Shuriken-jutsu, Kenjutsu, Ninjutsu, and move list. Simple. Genjutsu is also a fairly easy alternative to paralyze and finish him off.

Low - mid difference win.

At foot speed level, Minato certainly isn't faster. Look at a thread - never mind, you posted in it. It concerns MS Sasuke and Tobirama and there are plenty of speed feats for everyone to see. Give it a read. At foot speed level, Minato's feats are quite lackluster.
