Chapter 8, released around 2000:

chapter 446, relased around 2009
You must be registered for see images

same scenario, like he "predicted" it will be importent later on. honestly i think kishimoto planned most of those stuff from the very beginning, like in harry potter J.K. Rowling knew everything about snape and wrote the character in the early books according to his secret. Kishimoto had a drawing of obito in chapter 14 (200 chapters before we actully learn his story) and the statue of madara in the valley of the end long before they told us the story of madara and konoha. i just really like how his very early work correlates to his much later work in such a perfect way.

what do you think?

When one starts writing a story, you have to know where you're going. The beginning and the end are extremely important. What happens in between is up to the writer's fantasy or developments later on. As long as you can succeed to arrive at the ending you created, you're good.

I don't like to boast, but I've written two fairly large books of a series that'll become six books in total. While I've completed the story of part six almost entirely, the events in parts three, four and five are still somewhat up to whatever I want to happen. My point is, I have somewhat experience with writing thus I can relate to Kishimoto in that sense.
