Prime Shino is arguably the one with the Biju Mode cloak from Naruto, and he could likely solo Tsunade.

And apparently Neji has a chance of solo'ing Tsunade without Katsuyu. So, yeah.

Two Very Intelligent Shinobi with Charka Absorbing/Restricting abilities is something to be feared. Shino is a beast, his clans jutsu is very difficult to deal with and as Kakashi himself said....unavoidable. Neji should be able to go toe to toe with Tsunade in CQC because he is a Hyuga, a genius one at that and his Byakugan will allow him to see. Eventually Tsunade is going to lose her chakra and be killed off that way.

Are you saying Tsunade isn't intelligent? Obviously Neji's and Shino's abilities are very dangerous, but even they have weaknesses. Shino for example is slow, and Neji simply can't deal with Tsunade's unpredictable fighting style, stamina, durability and boss summon.
If that's your only argument then here is mine: Tsunade is the descendant of Hashirama Senju, a Sannin and the Hokage. This means she should be able to go toe to toe with the whole Hyuuga and Aburame clan.
She isn't running out of chakra against a chuunin and a jounin, not when she was able to heal a whole village ( without showing the signs of fatigue! ).
