Before sakura wasn't able to help one person but now she can heal hundreds who have the same condition instantly Much faster than naruto in shikamaru.

We don't know for sure if they have the same exact condition. Maybe they're just hurt from like flying rubble like Sakura or from battle or something. Maybe they didn't have as much chakra absorbed as Shikamaru.

OT/Sakura was about to use the remote healing but than it turns out the slugs died .

If the slugs didn't die sakura would be able to heal shikamaru and other easily .


Anyway they summoned a new and bigger slug so anyone who touch it or stand on its acid regenerate.

I still don't understand why kishimoto did that scene . It was really not needed especially since sakura was able to save them .

It works like this. Shikamaru already had his chakra taken away. So he was gonna die from haveing zero chakra. Sakura couldnt fix that/fix that in time.

However she and tsunade CAN prevent the chakra absorbtion. They can fuel the ninjas who are getting chakra taken away, some replacement chakra, before they get to the stage that shikamaru got to.

The only confuseing thing, is how was narutos cloak able to heal shikamarus condition, when sakura couldnt useing medical ninjutsu?
