Who was the better villain?

-Killed important characters(but revived them).

Pain's Con:
-Lacking blood lust
-Lacking the actual personality of evil

Madara's Pro:
-Story and all of the plot
-Evil and ruthless
-Complete destruction with his powerhouse jutsu
-Blood lust to no end
-Killed characters such as Shikaku, Ino's father and all of HQ.

Madara's Cons:
None.

Madara is much better villain than Pain.

Actually Oro was the best villain in the series nobody else comes close
