Well who has the best analyzing feats, I would have to say they all have great feats. I'm more impressed that a Sharinganless Minato can deduce a jutsu's strengths and weaknesses in seconds. Kakashi's Chidori was the first shown example. He deduced Obito's jutsu in seconds when Kakshi couldn't figure it out when he first saw it and needed the help of Naruto, Gai and Bee's help in figuring it out, the situation where he first thought of it was made by Naruto fighting Obito in close combat. Minato also analyzed the tbb process and made his own jutsu.

Puppydog not to downplay Itachi's intellect, but him knowing the proper use of techniques of his clan is a display intelligence. Itachi having known all Uchiha history and jutsu, he simply turned that in his favor.

Also, let's not forget Itachi was well of Orochimaru and jutsu. Having been aware of this, Itachi predicting that Kabuto possessed DSM after knowing this was what Orochimaru desired (Kabuto being an imitation) much thought wasn't required.

As far as that scan, if i remember correctly, Itachi corrected Kabuto. Itachi wasn't able to predict his movements, but knew what Kabuto desired, which was Sasuke.

@Bold: Izanami wasn't a jutsu originally designed to be used on those who were impersonating others. It was designed to punish the Izanagi abusers of the Uchiha clan... Kabuto fits under neither category. Itachi analyzed that it would have been the best solution for the situation. If I recall correctly, when he initially entered the cave he told Kabuto that he would have used genjutsu on him to stop the Edo-Tensei and did exactly that without any indication of having a sound knowledge on Kabuto's arsenal.

@Bold #2: What affiliation did Itachi have with Orochimaru to know this information? How could he have correctly deducted that Kabuto would have done these things when he was dead before Kabuto properly absorbed Orochimaru. ​

Itachi could have become Hokage at age seven because he was mentally capable for the position according to Hiruzen Sarutobi. Found the leader of Akatsuki and unlocked his Mangekyo Sharingan between ages 8 and 10, fodderized a Sannin at age 11, became Anbu captain at 13 and mascaraed an entire clan. ​

I know what Izanami designed for and its intent. However, being well aware the mechanics of a specific jutsu, one can easily use it to their advantage no matter the situation. Also, I disagree, Kaubto fall under the category of what many Izanagi users believed/displayed.

It's this confliction between whats real and what's fake (reality perception). Altering what's reality in favor of their own in order to have the desired outcome. Kabuto's reality (impersonating Orochimaru) was indeed an illusion. Kabuto he bieleied he was someone he was not and in the process altered his desinty. It's refereed to the destiny technique for a reason.

"Izanagi abusers" tried to alter their reality, as Kabuto had done. There really isnt a difference between the two (Kabuto and Izanago users. But that's as far as I'll go with that

As far of the Itachi/Orochimaru relationship, its always seemed odd IMO. This is more theorized then factual.

Itachi was well informed of Orochiamru, he even was able to sense/feel Orochimaru's jutsu

Having known of his body replacement ability, Itachi also understood the process behind this technique. Orochiamru underwent this process this process for two reason; 1) immortality and 2) obtaining the perfect host. In short, with having the perfect host, Orochimaru would have a power that he long desired (DSM) something Itachi may or may not have known prior to their interaction.

It's cuz of itachi sasuke unlocked his MS do you not read the manga you have to see your best friend Inorder to unlock it but thanks to itachi sasuke did not have to do that...eton ain't that Amaterasu? Yea I'm pretty sure itachi had that sasuke can just control it better.
