but to get it you must take from someone else. so its a power you have to get from someone. how many people have awake EMS? they don't take eyes all they time if they did the clan would have died along time ago. so to get it you must borrow the eye of another. so the answer to the problem new eyes= new power up.

Sasuke's power is borrowed because he stole it. It's the same exact principle for Naruto. Naruto's power is borrowed because he stole it. Sasuke's sharingan gives him more power. Naruto's tailed beat gives him more power. While Naruto gets almost infinite amounts of chakra, Sasuke gets the ability to handle his chakra better and more powerful techniques. They're evened out. You can keep arguing that their powers weren't borrowed, but they were. The extent to which they were borrowed doesn't even matter. Whether or not they wanted to or not doesn't matter. The fact still remains, they did, and thus they borrowed power.
