I don't see how this page shows what you said.
Obito absorbed most of the explosive notes before they exploded. Note that he didn't rip apart any of them in the process.

He didnt absorb the notes, it clearly says explosion as there was one in prior page to this.

Indeed, but this explosion was caused by the notes which, as of the previous page, have not exploded yet fully, meaning they still existed as physical objects.
In other words, the notes have begun to explode, but Obito managed to suck them in before they did so completely. That's why he said he managed to warp the explosion "partially".

But it doesn't matter. Whether Obito can rip things apart with Kamui is irrelevant, since just warping a person whole is enough. They will eventually die of starvation.

Both Kakashi and Obito can thus 1-hit-KO with Kamui.
