He dresses formal, normally wearing a standard black and white suit although he tends to take the coat off and wears the tie loosely around his neck. His pants are either gray, black, or tan. His shirt is always white though he tends to wear crazy ties. He wears this over the Mandalorian armor he is always wearing

History: Kado Chi~Bong was born in The Village Hidden the Mist; Kirigakure no Sato. He didnt grow up on much, despite both of his parents being rather famed assassins, Sado and Isla Chi~Bong. Their jobs required them to be gone a lot, though they wouldnt have stayed at home for long anyway. They had to keep an extremely low profile, they lived in a small desolate shack in the outskirts of the village, hidden by an especially thick mist. Kado Chi~Bong was stuck inside an empty shack for the first 18 years of his life.
Complete Isolation
Kado Chi~Bong grew up in complete isolation. The only people he had ever seen were his parents, and that was only a few times every year. He spent a great majority of his time toiling the land that he was allowed to, having his own small farm. It consisted of a few pigs and cows he had to take care of that were kept in a really small "barn". He had a small garden, a really small garden, he actually only grew radishes. In fairness it was all he knew how to grow. Since he was alone he could only learn from books. Good thing he had quite the collection of h\them. He taught himself to read, write, and speak properly. He taught himself how to fight. Granted he didnt like this way of fighting, but he did train himself well. Training was the only thing he enjoyed doing. He trained, ate, and slept. That was all he had. For now anyway. He spent close to half of his life that way, until he was 18. In the ninja world 18 is the year where a boy is supposed to become a man. On his birthday his parents came and told him he would finally be able to go to the city. That they would take him and show him the world, treat him to lavish things, live a real life. He killed them and left on his own.
Bright Lights and Loose Women, Tattoos and Cock Fights
Kado went tho the city. Even though he had never actually met anyone besides his parents, he knew how to talk to and manipulate people. He had prepared for this day his whole life, this is what he had lived for. And Ill tell you, it was even better than he had expected. I mean Kirigakure, the mist village, had an awful lot of bright lights. The mist was much thinner in this part of the village, you could clearly see if you werent even a mist ninja. First stop; Guuci store. He had to get well dressed if he wanted to impress. There was an article he had studied that showed if you made yourself seem important, you WOULD be important. As quickly as he waltzed in he waltzed out, not bothering to stop at the register. Dark slacks with a brown Designer Belt, black formal shoes, a blood red shirt with a black tie and his green hair slicked back. Now he looked the part, but could he act it? Apparently he could. Women frequently looked his way and he even managed to capture the attention of a few wealthy and powerful men. All while he was walking down the street, he hadnt even gotten started yet. A few paces later he stopped in front of a large line to get in the club. He'd have to wait for hours for his chance to get in. Well that was if he planned on waiting. He pushed his way through the line despite the protests of the ones he had skipped, who had probably been waiting for hours. He quickly reached the front of line but the bouncer, seeing him coming, held out his hand in a gesture that told him he wouldnt pass. Q didnt stop though, he simply pulled out a wad of Designer store money and slapped it into the bouncer's hand as he waltzed into the club. A quite well off club, it was visually stunning. Bright flashing lights, so bright and flashing so fast he was temporarily blinded. Even blinded though, he could see what he had came for. He went straight to the bar and ordered a drink, 酔Yo~tsu Aruku Saru, a very expensive and powerful liquor. He took 1 shot, 2 shots, 3 shots, 4. One more. Another one, he could do this all night. He was on his tenth shot by the time he glanced over to the left of him where a very beautiful woman. She seemed innocent but he knew better than that. She had arrived when he had expected her too, her train of thought being all too predictable. As the vile liquid ran down his throat he slammed his shot glass against the bar and looked directly at her. He didnt say anything, he hadnt a need to. He actually hadnt said anything since he came to the city. His face was stuck in a permanent smug grin. Anyway he was now following this woman through the club, which was apparently a maze. Doors opened and closed, opened and close. Soon they walked through a set of huge ornate red doors, a deep blood red that was the same shade as his shirt. Straight ahead of them they saw a small octagon and inside of it, two brutish men swinging punches and kicking. There was a lot of movement of fist and feet, no techniques where being used here. No stances, no blocking, no discipline. An all out fight, life or death, all to entertain a few men. He quickly glanced around the area, looking for a few specific things. Men were yelling and screaming at the fighters, waving money in the air. Things like "Swing harder" and "Dont lose or Ill kill whatevers left of you" were being shouted. A bit higher in the stands a few more silent and well dressed figures with bodyguards surrounding. Briefacases of money were near them. Bookies were scribbling on thin sheets of paper. It was just the perfect conditions for a rain, a heavy cold rain that started seemingly inside the arena. Thats because it was. Everyone stopped and looked up, the chatter died down. The only ones who werent worried about this sudden rain where the two men who were still fighting. The woman did to, and she quickly looked a Q, who had a wide grin on his face. Suddenly, a red double edged scythe appeared in his hands, seemingly materializing out of nowhere and ornate metal playing cards appeared next to everyone, close to their chest area. The woman cried out. Once the police arrived, they saw a great number of men who were dead, sliced in their chest and in an octagon, with 2 men still fighting.
Sunagakure, The Village Hidden in the Sand
Q walked out of a wagon, the bright sun gleaming in his face. He was carrying quite a few heavy breifcases, he had even needed to hire 2 men to help him carry them. There was important things in there involving his work. The trekked through the sand until reaching the village gates where he flashed his passport towards 2 guards and was let in. Q was being waited for, someone had a card with the Kanji "官" on it. It was meant for him. He was quickly led into an luxurious apartment that despite being made of sand, was quite nice. He had a lot of glass things in there, the view was simply amazing. The men placed his briefcases down and left, leaving him alone. He got undressed and slid into his bed, almost instantly falling asleep but not before saying a single word.
"Home"
The Grand offer; Q of the Mandalorians?
Q had been here 11 years, this was his new home. He knew everyone here and they were all friends. There was Khallil in the corner of the tavern, begging for money and telling jokes like always. With Q at the bar was a drunken version of Asch, a very sexy Yuruichi and Yang, who was tripping off a drug of some form or other. Q himself was plastered, to the point where he knew he had best get home. He picked up his coat and half-walked half-stumbled to the doorway. But before he could leave someone grabbed his shoulder. It was Asch
"Wait Q, I-I-I got a queshun to ask you. Be a part of my clan"
That isnt even a question, you're telling me.
"Well I guess I am you bastard, meet me tomorrow"
The next day Q met up with Asch and followed him to god knows where. It was a long journey but once he got there was astounded with what he saw. A very high tech facility, light years ahead of what the rest of the ninja world was capable of. For the first time since he had first left his tiny shack, he was to stunned for words. Asch looked at him as Q stood before him and the rest of the Mandalorian council.
"What is your pledge?"
Q placed a hand over his heart
"For us it's the honor and glory of battle that rules us. It's through combat that we prove our worth, gain renown and make our fortunes. To die in combat with the best is what we live for, to defeat the best and live on is what our dream is...we are the Mandolorians"

Water Mastery: Q, is very efficient at water. He can perform all water jutsu with jutsu 1 handseal.
Mandalorian Abilities: Q dons a rather slim fitting armor made of special materials. It stops him from being pierced by kunai, shuriken and other bladed weapons. His armor comes with a bunch of hidden features, even more than others since he is a CIC Mandalore. His helmet can retract so that his face can show and do the same thing to cover his face again. He has kunai/shuriken launchers that rests on either of his shoulders. He has a jet pack. His helmet also serves as a gas mask. His armor has a greenish glow to it when he wishes.
Weaponry: Q's main weapon is his double edged ornate red joker scythe. He also carries around the usual stock of weapons, flash, explosive and smoke bombs. Kunai and Shuriken and ninja wire are also his ninja pouch. He has a Gunbai and Chakra Enhanced Trench Knives as well

Description: This is the basis of the clans abilities. The higher your up in the rank the more your armor will be upgraded to a more powerful state. Each Rank have their own set starting With E Rank Mandolorian, D Rank Mandolorian Scout, C Rank Mandolorian Fighter. Etc.. The activation of the armor is through channeling chakra all throughout the armor . Causing the functions of the armor to activate. The armor's helmet possesses a pair of special lenses on them and foreign chakra to the rest. The foreign chakra is able to almost instantly channel into the human brain from the helmet when foreign chakra is detected inside the body, these lenses are like the Dojutsus that the Uchihas possess to a limit. These lenses give the user the ability to track the speed as the 1 tomoe sharingan. The armor and all it's abilities can then be controlled via voice command. The armor is made from a special chakra emitting metal and can deflect simple kunai & shuriken without receiving damage. The armor transmits data to it's user allowing the user to effectively use his 5 sense(including touch) All armors have communicators inside of them aswell, to communicate with each other even while inside the armor. Furthermore the Mandalorian armor has many sensing aids which boost the user's visual perception. Also the part of the armor covering the users mouth can open if there is a concentration of chakra in the user's mouth, allowing the user to spew out attacks normally. The armor's jet-pack is operated by a fuel tank which is compartmentalized to prevent accidental explosions.
Jet-Pack: The user gains the ability to fly and maneuver in sky using his pressurized Jet-pack. The Jet-Pack moves the user around at his/her base speed level. Can fly for two turns at a time with a one-turn recharge time. The jetpack can be used a total of five times before it runs out of fuel.
Immunity to C-rank and Below Taijutsu as well as Simple Weapons: Due to it's strong material the Mandalorian armor can absorb the damage dealt by C-rank and below Taijutsu.
-Chakra Sensing Using the armors helment the user gains the ability to see chakra but not differentiate between shadow clones.
-Motion Sensing: The helmet allows the user to better track and see objects in motion. This ability is equivalent to the motion sensing of a 1T Sharingan.
-Infrared and Heat Seeking: The armor's helmet allows the user to see and seek heat signatures using infrared vision.
-Vibrating Sword: By vibration his sword the user can increase his cutting ability as well as the power of his Kenjutsu (+15). This can be done twice per battle and lasts for two turns.
-Speed Stimulants LVL 1: The user's speed is increased 50%. Lasts for two turns.
-Speed Stimulants LVL 2: The user's speed is doubled. Lasts one turn.
-Strength Stimulant LVL 1: The user's power is increased and all his Taijutsu deal +15 damage. Lasts two turns.

Fixed the history lol. Im quite pleased with it.
~Approved~ no Houzuki origins, no chakra enhanced trench knives and like hell you can just swing and cut steel.
