If Sakura in part 1 decided to become stronge/better than Tsunade in medical ninja by being joining Orichimaru.Naruto decide to join tsunade to Join Tsunade to learn better chakra control etc.Jiraya seen Sasuke amazing skill progress and decide to teach him over Naruto.Who will you think will become more OP if the teacher and student were shuffle?

Tsunade won't have that much problem with Naruto
Orochimaru would have used Sakura for his experiments by the end of the training due to her constant rambling about Sasuke-kun , come back to meee. :T_T:
So my list goes as
1)Sasuke/Jiraiya
2)Naruto/Tsunade
3)Sakura/Orochimaru .
Not too sure about 2nd and 3rd since Oro really likes to make his followers strong through drugs and shit .
While Naruto has the Kyuubi , so Tsunade training him in chakra control could make him a lot stronger as well .

Sakura should be more deadlier than original ,since she will get poison resistant,Curse mark tranformation and Manda.Sasuke will have sound genjutsu along with Ocular genjutsu which will be OP.Naruto will have better chakra control on a earlier stage than currently,he may have BM or KCM at a very young age.

Yesss, I know right, they each need to train with the one the dominate.
Sakura would easily be better than Kabuto and because of her medical prowess, she would be adapt at doing anything he teaches her, she would also learn the dark arts of science

You are aware that it's all about compatibility, Sakura would get manda nor does she have the personality to weild him, he do evil, she would've killed him.

Naruto wouldn't get Katsuyu....well Naruto would be a mini mito, and Tsunade would have more uzumaki power and sealing, and probably Tsunade would talk about her parents. It would be good to get a background on Tsunade

Sasuke can't get sage mode, he lacks the body, or sound genjutsu, he chakra is more compatible with the snakes.

I don't feel that Orochimaru would be too good with Sakura, she'd turn into a genjutsu user I feel or just another Anko.

Tsunade and Naruto already have that bond and could do well but with Tsunade's crazy training i'm not sure she'd have the patience for Part 1 Naruto. If Naruto can't get his sh*t together then I go for Jiraiya & Sasuke. Jiraiya knows fire style and is a very balanced and knowledgable ninja, if they get around the pervert thing Jiraiyas a good sensei for almost anyone (except for when he disappears)

You are wrong. Orochimaru could teach her even more than what he could teach Sasuke.
Sakura was said to have the best chakra control out of T7 and had a talent for Genjutsu. Moreover, she was the best in terms of learning.

-Snake techniques - just like Anko
-Cursed Seal (since we consider it a swap, so for the sake of the plot she would have to survive the injection)
-More diverse Medical Ninjutsu - Tsunade couldn't have given her what Oro would've. She would have an access to tons of human bodies, she could experiment on them and carry out research. While under Tsunade's guidance she could heal some fish or small wounds...
-She could expand her Genjutsu skills, considering that Orochimaru had 5 in that area.
-Fuinjutsu - Oro was an expert on that field and since Sakura managed to create a Yin Seal, she probably could learn barrier and sealing jutsu.
-All the Kinjutsu Orochimaru has taught Anko.
-Probably could explore her elemental affinity.
-Would learn Kenjutsu just like Sasuke did., since Orochimaru was an expert in using a sword.

The only downside would be lack of CES.
