Neither was Hiruzen. Your point?

Point? You were the one who brought up that fight in the first place. Nothing about it matters, and the fact stands that Hiruzen pooped his pants when Hashi raised his chakra, and considered Juubito to be even stronger than Hashi, implying that no one else there was stronger than Hashi...

Hiruzen fans still think he was stronger than Hashi in his prime..? That was retconned long ago my friends.

His hype was never retconned. Hiruzen (Prime) is stronger than Hashirama.

Retconned by everything i just told you. Kishi even gave his title away. Kishi practically threw it in our faces with Oro, Kabuto and suigetsu.

Are you going to be this blind until kishi has a character say "Iruka was wrong, you really aren't better than Hashirama." Because that's not going to happen. Read between the lines, dude.

I can't believe after the rush of threads being made, that there is any reason to doubt him.

Hiruzen is the strongest character shown in the manga thus far

Nope. He simply shares the title with both Hashirama and the Sage. This makes his Hype even more bigger sharing a title with only 2 other godly ninjas.

He hasn't been called God of shinobi since part one. Your holding on to a dream that was never realized.

it's more like a popularity contest really, no respect for the old master/professor, or maybe it's just a lack of imagination.

they deny statements about the dude Hashirama/Tobirama themselves thought was the future protector of the village.

Hiruzen in my opinion was the strongest in his prime but, i also don't mind the idea of Hashi taking that title (as long as it's between these two) :yeah:

people can't just see the awesomeness of this character and it's sad :( (he was like a father to the leaf)

Because there's no way Hiruzen knew techniques of the Akimichi, Nara, Yamanaka, Aburame, Uchiha, Hyuga, or Inuzuka, so his hype is questionable at best.
@bold not bloodline limit. they are hidden techniques which can be learn but the are restricted to a certain clan.

I'm glad Hiruzen has that kind of hype. He makes people realize how stupid it is to endlessly argue over a manga for children.

Exactly, people here hate him cause he is not a young character like the others. They have no respect for the elderly!
