-Hiruzen can use Edo Tensei
-Hiruzen can use Bringer of Darkness
-Hiruzen can use FTG

Notice, he cannot use any blood line techniques that require a certain blood line such as the Uchiha's sharingan, or the Senju's wood release. But the nigga can use stuff like FTG, or Edo Tensei since they did originate in Konoha and require no blood line.

So...Hiruzen Prime is about....7/10 on top 10 lists.

Maybe Hiruzen had a pact with the other clans to teach him their techniques. Hiruzen was considered Konoha's most beloved Hokage during his reign. Wouldn't it better to teach the techniques to him since it could help him protect the village more.
