All of this happened way before Obito's revelation, the war, even before Orochimaru's Invasion of Konoha. I'm positive Kakashi won't die as you can still see him in the manga.

I think that Kakashi's death is unavoidable at this point. Apart from what you said about those special episodes dedicated to him, when he first died his father told him: "It seems that your work hasn't finished yet". Once he finished it, expect his death.

Aha, I get it now.. I was confused, I thought people expected him to die during his ANBU days, im like wtf he's still alive, haha.. crystal clear now.

I hope not, I'd rather see Might Gai go instead of Kakashi (he already died once) and finally see the 8th gates.
