Now, onto the hype. For the additional factor of safety, the scans will all be featured in spoiler tags.
We're gonna start off nice and slow for y'all; the last thing we want is to make folk wetter than a slip ' slide right off the bat.

Chakra level and usage:
Cracking house tiles and steel bars with chakra pressure:
Not as impressive as near-Prime Tobirama, not gonna lie, you could also argue that that was the best zoro and Hiruzen could do between them, but the fact is this wasn't Hiruzen at Prime, this was him at a stage where creating three Kage Bushin was more than a days work.
Taijutsu skills:
Fighting orochimaru equally, to disarming him and catching him:
It wasn't even Prime!!
Blocking several hits from one to two other kage when under Hashirama's 'bringer of darkness' Jutsu whilst preparing fuinjutsu:
Tracking/sensing:
Tracking the two non-prime Kage whilst under a Genjutsu, not via sensing, but via sheer sense of smell alone.
You understand the fact he was able to still operate under Genjutsu has strong implications.
Sensing Obito appearing in the village, before actually trying to summon Kurama:
There he was just smoking a blunt, looking at nude selfies or something, just minding his own business and he's able to pick up on actions out of his interest.
Again, it's nice, but not impressive.
Skill with ninja items:
Attaching explosive tags to the kage in middle of an all out scrap/ Non-Prime Hiruzen keeping up with his Non-Prime predecessors:
I've warmed y'all up to it, get ready for some real Prime Hype.
Speed:
Keeping pace with the other Hokage, where Sasuke and Jugo couldn't:
The difference in speed is shown by their positions; Minato's been ready for years, waiting for the others, Tobirama' just stood up, Hashirama is standing up, while Hiruzen is still on the ground. He's only the fourth fastest Hokage with Minato clearly first, Tobirama second and Hashirama third, but that's still impressive.
Ninjutsu:
Kage bunshin:
Of course allowing him to evaluate on his opponent's weaknesses.
The infamous troll signature: Shurikern kagebunshin:
A Jutsu best suited to putting pressure on an opponent, a puppet user or someone with slow hand seals is going to find trouble coping with this.
Fire Element:
Not really impressive in respect of everything else, doesn't really stand much chance against most savvy Uchiha users, but his Clan are well known for it.
Thus the Hype Train pushes on.
Earth element:
Able to produce Doton via his own body which was a unique feat that wasn't replicated until the Hidden Rock Shinobi appeared. Not only that but was able to use it quick enough to block Tobirama's attack.
Summoning: Monky King Enma:
Aside from being one of the most experienced summons known, is also highly intelligent and a capable fighter on his own.
Transformation: kongou form:
Good Lawd the hype of this form...
It is completely autonomous, able to protect him even if he's not paying attention. Not only that but is hard as Diamond (Diamond is the hardest non alloy substance you can get on this earth.)
Enma is capable of forming his limbs from the staff at any point.
^Second of what is hyped be out of 72 forms, in this form Hiruzen is safe from all angles.

Non-Prime Enma is capable of pushing Kurama out of the village boundaries.
You remember how Naruto flattened Madara's Susano'o this week? Yeah, Enma bullied Kurama around when he was the double the size.
Jutsu versatility:

G-fukking-G kids; Copied a thousand techniques? Clan of a Thousand Jutsu? Tribe of proficient Genjutsu users with it coded in their very DNA? Too bad!
The Hype is real! Good Lawd the Hype is reall, over 1000 techniques and that's just Genjutsu, not even Ninjutsu.
I mean, Uchiha clan... At least you tried and all...
Not only that but is Hyped to have Mastered all Jutsu in Konoha, including the Ino-Shika-Cho!
Imagine if him and Two Kage Bushin did that? Yeah, everyone's lose.
And as a last resort, he has the dead demon seal - which it's possible he can make his Kage Bushin use:
