From recent scans HE has shown to use sand to enter the body and then use it within their body to slow them down or bring them to a halt. Since Tsunade is based on tai and has to Get close to even think about landing a hit (and even then she cant do anything due to sand shield) He does frontal sand rain and stops her from moving. Madara wasn't able to evade it and neither can she. He does this with little effort No diff. She has nothing that can harm gaara or defend. Katsuya is a non factor because from the speed of this new sand tech he gets her before she tries. In addition she wont be expecting this kind of move.

I was prepared for this but its still sand and its basically a frontal sand hail, He needed help producing the speed of the sand shizstorm.

Gaara can use this attack, yes. However, he can't turn it into a piercing attack without Shukaku's help, unfortunately, seeing as how sand isn't really something that can pierce people. Hence why Shukaku had to basically turn them into bullets by using his Fūton. [

That technique was used by the Shukaku btw.

People say eh done it with shikakus help but all shikaku did was speed up the attack and add more quantity. Gaara can easily do this by himself since is like a frontal and hail against the likes of tsunade.

Yeah, yeah, so that's why 9 Bijuu wasn't able to kill Madara with their kicks, and that's why Madara was tanking Gaara's attacks like a boss.
Tsunade has the sane regeneration ability, except hers is faster. It took Madara like a 30 seconds to heal that tiny cut [
