Madara never mastered tsukuyomi or Amaterasu considering he hasn't used either even though he likes showing off. In order to use susanoo you need two ms eyes. If you didnt need ms then how come everytime it was used ms eyes showed up?

I can buy into the,"manifestation of his chakra" thing but what troubles me is we saw Sasuke's Susanoo deteriorate once his eyesight truly began to falter. I guess by combing a lack of supplied knowledge on the subject at hand from Kishi, and the mystery that is Madara's body at this point, I'll accept it.

that special chakra is susano'o, sasuke's eyes were going blind cause he was using it with ms once he got ems he could do pefect susano'o

Susano is the third power awaskend by ms that doesnt mean you need ms to use it once you learn the technique however im pretty sure amatarasu and tskyomi that you need ms to use because they are infact eye techniques we still dont know yet what kind of technique the susano is all we do know is that its the third power which means as madara rules stated earlier the technique becomes embedded into madaras chakra I hope this helps clear the air
