When Orochimaru had his arm blown off he did not need help to regenerate it, but Madara did. Orochimaru was cut in half and reattached him self, Tsunade could not do that.

I totally disagree. Tsunade CAN reattach herself. But only while Katsuyu is summoned though.

I said that Orochimaru can reattached him self without any help, unlike Tsunade. You only helped to prove my point. Tsunade can not reattach herself without the help of Katsuyu, ergo she can't reattach herself without help.

It is a simple concept that I can not make any clearer.
