Can Susanoo now be considered a base skill for Itachi,Madara and Sasuke?

After the latest chapter Susanoo can now be considered a base skill now for the 3 Uchiha. Now that we know it doesn't require the activation of EMS/MS or even 3 tomoe to use.

I didn't think he was blind but his sharigan was deactivated. I thought this was a mistake until the latest chapter.

Itachi could do what Madara did. Why couldn't Sasuke he mastered his Susanoo even further than Itachi. Susanoo is not even a sharigan technique as far as I can tell.

The only logical explanation is that Susanoo is something you gain by learning both MS techniques. However Susanoo itself is not a MS technique but the manifestation of the users chakra.

I say yes it can be base form, but it has to be at a time period where it would be considered plausible

Like don't go around saying Pre 5 Kages Arc Sasuke can use Susano'o when he just learned how to use the rib-cage.

I doubt it because i believe it was just an act done by kishi to show that madara is also capable of using susano'o w/o sharingan. . you know when a newbie asks you how powerful is madara really then you go and say that he's powerful enough to use susano'o w/o sharingan whereas other uchiha's need sharingan. . something like that. .

If Itachi could do it Sasuke should have no problem. Susanoo is a seperate technique why couldn't he do it?
