Madara should have died here, there is no doubt.
If Shukako could hurt his Sage-moded body and he's the weakest of all Bijuu, then a combined attack with all of them (considering Kurama was part of that attack and he's stronger than all the other Bijuu combined), Madara should have lost there, instantly. There is absolutely no question about it.
He shouldn't have been able to summon Susanoo either. It requires 2 eyes to unlock their full potential, and he doesn't even have one alone. It's been stated before:
I'm pretty sure either Obito or Sasuke also stated it required both eyes to activate the Susanoo, but I forgot where, so if someone knows the exact chapter feel free to share.
And plucking the Rinnegan into his eye socket like it was lego, just makes me wanna vomit.
Now the real question... why didn't he die? Because it would be anticlimatic. Kishimoto ****er up. He wrote the story in such a way that now he's either forced to make it end in an anticlimatic way, or he's forced to break the logic he established himself and pull more of this bullshit out of his ass.
