Why do Sasuke and Itachi activate their Mangekyo Sharingan everytime they use Susanoo if Uchiha Fanboys are claiming that all they need is special chakra sprouts in their brain?

Sharingan consumes chakra. If Sharingan is not necessary eveytime they Susanoo, it would be a waste of chakra if they would use a Mangekyo Sharingan everytime they activate Susanoo.

Well susanno drains a ton of charka it killed itachi. Almost got Sasuke killed aswell when he admitted too all his cells aching n how painful it is. Itachi only used it once when be was alive and died. Sasuke used it at the page summit and the fight with Danzou and again with kakashi n went blind. Susanno isn't something that can be spammed with the mangekyou cuz you go blind. It can be spammed with the eternal and madara eyes or no eyes. Hashi cells are HAX

Of course they need the MS/EMS, Itachi and Sasuke both said its the power of the MS, The Sharingan are tools that they use. They're basing this off od Madara, the guy who mastered the Sharingan beyond anyone else, the guy how can tell Sasuke's sharingan level by his movements, the guy who tamed Kurama with only the 3 tomoes and Itachi and Sasuke stated you need the MS to do so, the guy who planned all this that happened and affected so many lives, who has Hashirama's DNA, has Senjutsus and was revived by abnormal means.

Yes It's from special chakra but that special chakra is what changes their eyes into the different levels of Sharingan and is a tool that they need to use to use their MS jutsus.
