Obito isn't finished yet, Madara got his RIGHT eye from WHITE Zetsu. BLACK Zetsu has control over Obito who has Madara's LEFT eye.

Madara is using susano WITHOUT his eyes, FAIL Kishimoto.
And he just did an eye implant in a matter of seconds.....wtf lol. This manga is making less and less sense every chapter. I knew PNJ was coming but this is crazy as hell, susano without eyes is probably the biggest BS in the manga.

Madara is still an Uchiha... and the Sharingan is a BloodLine Limit; a Kekkei Genkai. So I assume it means that if you have the blood of an Uchiha running through your veins, and have already achieved the MS/EMS, you can use those techniques.
Maybe it also has something to do with Hashirama's Senjutsu chakra... but, so does that mean Susanoo isn't only an eye technique?!
... or, it could just be another asspull to save Madara with plot.

Madara's cockiness would have ended him...
He could have easily been obliterated this chapter. They were whipping him around like a rag doll. Honestly, he could have died in the first few pages of this chapter if it weren't for plot. After Gaara and Shukaku impared his movements with sand, instead of tail-whipping him, one of the bijuu could have had a TBB charged and blasted him to oblivion.
