] Susanoo is the third power achieved in 2 MS eyes. Now for the 3rd power to be achieved means you need 2 other powers to unlock that 3rd power. Both of those 2 powers reside in both MS. They are Amatersu and Tsukuyomi which can be proven by Itachi's statement [

The company that has official distribution rights of naruto. Their translators aren't freelance and are actually paid for their work. The manga is distributed and sold by them(along with the databooks and the anime) outside Japan, mostly in the US.

To basically sums it up, they have the highest scan qualities and most accurate translation.

Except that madara originated those rumors as first EMS PS user. He said it that it would be disgraceful for him to use it again to finish his enemies, he was living up to the hype he created. Basically it was expression of the poeple in regards to PS might.
