The first few are self explanatory, while with the techniques that counter you simply have to copy/paste the name of a technique that you think counters it and give a small explanation why you think so.(1-2 sentences). Also with this try to think outside the box so don't always go straight for the element that its weak to, doing so will help you understand battling more and will actually help you in fights.

As for speed of use you factor in the techniques preparation time(handseals, etc) where it actually forms(near you, near your opponent) and its travel speed to assign it as slow, medium or fast. Along with that give it a small explanation on why you assigned it so.

Ok since this is the beginning of your katon training we have to go through the old song and dance. So start dancing o_o and what I mean by that is take this chakra paper and begin to focus your chakra into it. As you do so focus on fire mentally. This should start the process by subconsciously changing your chakra's nature. Once you get used to the feeling of fire and you feel you have a grasp on it pump more chakra into the paper and consciously change your chakra nature. If your successful the paper should burn.

Focus your katon chakra into your lungs. There build up a small amount of chakra, once you have the appropriate amount expel the chakra from your mouth. As it leaves your mouth use nature and shape manipulation to control the chakra and change it to fire and to shape it into balls. Fire several small fireballs at my clone.

Perform the technique: I now gather up katon chakra in my lungs and blow it out of my mouth. when I do so I use nature and shape manipulation to change the nature of the chakra to fire and the shape manipulate it to fire ball and then hit senpai's clone.

Advantages: Since many fire balls are produced they will be quiet difficult to dodge at close range. can be used when the opponent uses a basic wind jutsu to attack so that the wind will fuel the fire.

Disadvantages: Can be easily elminated by a water wall. or any other simple steam variant water technique. damgae is very low.

Techniques that counter this one: A water wall technique can counter this one easily.

Speed of use: Since the jutsu doesnt require hand seals the speed is quite fast.

Perform the technique: I now gather up katon chakra in my lungs and blow it out of my mouth. when I do so I use nature and shape manipulation to change the nature of the chakra to fire and the shape manipulate it to fire ball and then hit senpai's clone.

Advantages: Since many fire balls are produced they will be quiet difficult to dodge at close range. can be used when the opponent uses a basic wind jutsu to attack so that the wind will fuel the fire.

Disadvantages: Can be easily elminated by a water wall. or any other simple steam variant water technique. damgae is very low.

Techniques that counter this one: A water wall technique can counter this one easily.

Speed of use: Since the jutsu doesnt require hand seals the speed is quite fast.

Follow up by expelling the gas from your mouth and using nature transformation to change your chakra into a flammable gas. Then manipulate it so that it is in the air surrounding my clone. An easy way to ignite the gas is with an explosive tagged kunai, finish off my clone with that.

I now gather katon chakra in my lungs and perform the 4 necessary hand seals. Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger and expel the gas from my mouth I then use the nature transformation to change it into flamable gas.The I manipulate it so that it is present in the air surrounding senpais clone. I then throw a Explosive kunai at the clone which goes off thereby igniting the gas around the clone and finishing it.

Advantages:
This jutsu Is a very useful stealth jutsu. eg. It can be comboed with the Kirigakurae no jutsu. The user can first use the kirigakurae no jutsu to block the vision of the opponent and then use this jutsu to make the air around the opponent flammable so that the opponent can't see it comming.

disadvantages:
Long hand seal for a D rank jutsu. If the opponent is aware of the jutsu he may use a fire style jutsu while you are expelling the air out which will damage you.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger, a ninja inhales air, and utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally. The fire ball can present itself in 2 forms: it can either be created by a stream of fire and sustained as a gigantic ball of flames in front of the user spanning up to short range or be released as a slightly smaller ball of fire which will travel towards the enemy up to mid range.

Channel your katon chakra into your mouth and build up a small amount there. Then perform the long and necessary string of hand seals before forming a ring in front of your mouth with your finger. Then expel your built up chakra from your mouth, as it leaves your mouth use nature and shape transformation to change it into fire and then shape it into a ball. Remember that the stream version of this technique can only go up to short range while the small fireball can go up to mid.
