@bold, lightning is not stronger than water, the 2 elements are neutral to each other, and when 2 techniques of each collide, they cancel each other out, but that is only of opposite chakra, like if you use a lightning tech and you opponent counters with a water technique of the same rank, then it will work this way, but if you use a water technique and want to electrify it with your own lightning technique, then it would work that way also...

- Very effective when fighting on a water terrain
