because Attack on titan, Sword art online, Hellsing ultimate, Garden of words... all have high quality animation.
If you really mean about the art style, then Garden of words's is currently my most favorite.

-Plot quality- Probably HxH 2011 or Yu Yu Hakusho, or AnoHana. Or Death Note.

I've watched hellsing it doesn't look as good as you remember other anime have caught up with them pretty fast. But aot blew them out the water.
