Looks
Medusa is a woman with a fairly average physical build, and a large, black, dotted snake tattoo winding down either arm. Her facial features consist of eyes containing yellow irises with black pupils, and blonde hair arranged in a spiked style, with two long strands extending downwards framing either side of her face, that entwine each other like a caduceus' snake to rest upon her chest. While she wears many outfits over the course of the series, the most notable and common of these is a black body-length suit with hood, which extends downwards to her knees. The hood itself is adorned with an eye-like marking upon either side which, interestingly, when worn in addition to the shape of her hair, gives it the appearance of a snake's mouth, with teeth and fangs. Medusa also has a tail attached to the hood which is shaped like an arrow. It is notable that she is always barefoot, when not in disguise, with unique toenail and fingernail polish that is black featuring yellow arrows pointing upwards
Personality
Medusa is an incredibly sinister and evil individual. In her true personality, Medusa has a view of the entire world as a place of stasis, where nothing evolves or changes. She also takes incredible pleasure in other's pain when she is the one causing it, and when her experiments are working. Although she seems so dark, to say that Medusa has no love in her is a false statement. Deep within Medusa is her own, unique, sinister form of love that comes out extremely rarely.She is easily angered by those who create a road block in her experiments or in the "evolution" of the world, and usually tries to eliminate these problems.

Background Info
-Medusa was born into the infamous Nekura clan thus one of her primary dreams was always to become the strongest Nekura member in history and be the proud head of the clan. Her father was what she called a "****ty excuse of a ninja" because he wasn't "badass enough" in Medusa's eyes, her mother on the other hand was a top class member of Suna's anbu and was considered to be a genius in the eyes of all of her peers. By the time Medusa was 5 she had already figured out she had inherited her mother's smarts and ability to quickly pick up on skills. Being one of the most skilled young non-shinobi around she began acting out and believing herself to be above most people around her, including her parents. This lead to her becoming emotionally distant from both her mom and dad and soon began a small series of killings. Her mother soon figured out that her young daughter was responsible for these killings and also noticed her lack of nobility and superior outlook on the world. With those things noticed she felt she should take her to an old friend of hers that had built his own temple just outside of the wind country. She thought that sending the 5 year old, narcissistic Medusa to the temple near suna would help her problems.. She spent her days simply training to become a genin at the temple in order to become a sand shinobi, and once she did they referred to the child as "Le Haku Akuma" ("the blue Devil") and believed she was prophesied to unite the warring villages by bringing back the Juubi itself. From that point on she took on many missions and traveled the vast map of the nw.
-Throughout her travels Medusa had met a good man named Sharingdork who took her in and taught her to use an element for the first time. Medusa and Mystogan trained for an extremely short period of time before Mystogan suddenly and mysteriously disappeared and could no longer teach him the ways of lightning. Medusa felt as if she wouldn't be able to pick back up on her training anytime soon but out of the blue a shinobi named Korra showed up and announced that she'd be training her in lightning from that day on. Hearing the news Medusa was overjoyed and was ready to jump back into training with the shinobi avatar. Over time the two trained intensely which lead to Medusa mastering the element of lightning in what seemed to be like mere weeks.. But at the end of the day, Medusa was superior to them both in lightning.
- Medusa took a break from training with Korra for a while in order to head back to the sand village in hopes of seeing her mother again. While on her way through Konoha she crossed the great naruto bridge which she heard stories about but while crossing it she crossed paths with a Shinobi named Solf J. Kimblee. Solf and Medusa having a similar state of mind which was "destroy ****" instantly clashed with eachother which only resulted in a quick, one sided battle that favored Solf. Feeling utterly inferior to the ninja Medusa abandoned the mission to see her mom and used her tracking skills to hunt down the man who made childs play of her. After a couple of days of tracking him she finally caught up to Solf and pleaded for him to teach her skills in water jutsu. Out of what was surely pitty Solf decided to take Medusa and make her his student. The two first crossed a giant lake where Solf taught Medusa the basics of the Suiton element and lead her to a hidden forest. After entering the forest they travel for days on out while Solf taught her even more basic skills. They'd finally make it too a large dojo on the outskirts of the forest that seemed to be owned by Solf. Medusa and her teacher stayed at the dojo without leaving for 2 months straight in order for her to gain mastery of suiton which she realized to not be her affinity. She then vowed to crush his teacher with the very skills he taught him
- After leaving the dojo that she now owned, Medusa also sought out training in wind, fire and earth, which were taught to her by shinobi such as Vision, kerrah, Coyote, Cobalt, Hellsbadass and Wind.... They all taught the young kunoichi something different about each element which led to her mastery over each and her being able to weild them with such ease. A little while later, she ran into a man named Gobi who took her in as a student, though it wasn't for an element. Gobi taught Medusa how to mess with her foes minds, casting illusions and such. She quickly got the hang of this art, mastering it and making it one of her main ways of fighting..
Later on in Medusa's life, after she had mastered all of the basics and finished her travel of curiosity, she returned to suna and took her spot as a loyal shinobi. After spending some time back home in the sands, Medusa was called forth by the Kazekage... But why? She went nervously not knowing why the old man wanted to see her, but she made sure to hide any hints of intimidation. He had called her up for a mission, not any mission, but an undercover F-rank mission that would prove to be very difficult. Medusa had to be sent to kumogakure as a spy... She was sent to the village hidden in the clouds simply to live amongst the barbarians and relay info between herself and suna. To her surprise, the kumo shinobi accepted her with open arms and suspected nothing at all. She lived amongst the cloud shinobi for numerous years, fighting wars with them, shedding blood, crying, and laughing with them... She had gotten too deep. She had made a few genuine friends in the cloud village, Zanda, Gin, Yashiro, gecko and maybe some others, but she had to leave. She couldn't get attached to such a barbaric place. She needed to be home. After many years with kumo, she fled and made her way back to the sand village, now having a higher position amongst the shinobi.

Since Training with Wind masters in suna, Medusa has found that her affinity for Wind came quite easily. she's able to perform wind techniques with a single hand seal.

Medusa being a keen user of Earth Release carries many topography scrolls, both blank and ready-made. Her ready-prepared scrolls consist of three designs. The 1st causes a large maze with thirty meter tall walls to emerge from the ground. A unique feature about the maze is the spikes protruding from the top of each wall, preventing anyone from mounting themselves on the wall. Another unique look to it is the numerous snake body designs that cover the surface of all the walls, looking as if the walls were made of earthen snake scales.
The second scroll has a huge earthen pyramid drawn on it, thus turning the terrain into a massive pyramid that covers up to 35 meters around and stands 40 meters in height, leaving the user and everything around trapped in a dark, hallow pyramid.
The last scroll is quite simple. It creates numerous 20m tall, 8m thick walls that stand merely 5 meters apart side by side and front to back, spanning out into a 50m radius thus creating a field of huge walls around the terrain.
All these topography Scrolls are used for the Wheel of Fortune technique or Topography control technique.

Nekura
Medusa is a member of the infamous Nekura clan. The foul chakra of the Juubi, Keigoku, flows in her, hence giving her a maddening urge to inflict pain to his opponent, breed fear amongst them and avenge the Juubi's defeat. She is ranked as a Paladin, thus allowing her Keigoku to pass through small objects, Fire (most fire), lightning, and wind, and also gives her access to certain techniques. She's immune to Genjutsu and other techniques that insert chakra into her body due to the foul Keigoku rejecting all forms of foreign chakra. She wears an all black cloak, outlined with gray that is ankle length, concealing her identity completely if she puts the hood on. The cloak is a special Nekura cloak that can't be cut by any non chakra enhanced weapon. On the upper back is the Nekura clan symbol in green, symbolizing her rank in the clan.
Swordsmanship
Being born Ambidextrous Medusa is able to weild weapons such as her swords and other weapons with either hand and be equally effective with which ever one she is using. While in combat with just a single sword she usually switches hands alot due to being so used to using two swords at once. Like any other shinobi, she carries the usual weapons such as kunai, flash bombs etc. On her lower back, strapped on horizontally, is two normal sized katanas, one hilt sticking from the left and one from the right. On her back vertically is an average sized war fan (about 4 feet long and 3 feet wide) that is all Blake with snake designs all over it.. attached to the war fan is a chain that is wrapped around her waist, allowing her to throw her war fan up to 10m and retract it with the chain...
Aquatic Summonings
Medusa, after coming across the owner of the Cubozoa and Toad contracts was allowed to sign these fearsome creatures. As a result, she has become capable of utilizing jutsu associated with the contracts and is able to summon them to battle at any time to aid him. From signing the Cubozoa contract she was gifted with the physical ability to efficiently resist the Cubozoa's venom to a certain extent, though too much could still be fatal. Both contracts interested and went well with her due to them being aquatic creatures and her loving the element of water. She copes very well with each summoning animal and can fight side by side in complete unison with them.
