Again, Anko can immobilize the monkey with her snake jutsu. It happened so it can happen now, too. I was talking about Asuma vs Enma. : D Asuma clearly kills the monkey.
If Enma is in his fleshy form he will be pierced by a needle.

Enma is mostly useful here as a staff.
I actually believe the three jonin are faster than Hiruzen. But speed isn't really everything. Asuma could probably go almost toe to toe with Hiruzen, while Shizune hinders him with her poisons and Anko with her snakes, and summons her big filler snake. : D

I seriously see the jonin winning extremely high diff.

Hiruzen doesn't really have enough stamina to deal with the three. And attacks coming from every direction is way too difficult to him.

Hiruzen was on par with orochimaru in cqc and also dodged the huge explosion of tobirama, all three are close mid range fighters
Or show thespeedfeats to prove that hiruzen can't keep up

hiruzen has enough stamina to do everything I mentioned, he did it in canon, he makes clones to deal with one of them individually and doesn't get overwhelmed
