Conditions and Restrictions:

-Kabuto wants to take over the Infinite Tsukuyomi Plan. Tobi already feed the last two pieces to Gezo, so the Mazo is going crazy (ready to transform). Thus, Gazo is restricted. Gazo causes the location to have floating debris like in the manga.
-Manda II is restricted.
-Tobi can still use his Six Path still(Even in Gazo's conditions/I know weird condition). Kabuto can use his Edo Tensei (Under Conditions):

Edo's and Path are only side-lines support, meaning they can't be constantly on the field. They only have 1(1/2) turn to do something useful, then they aren't able to be used anymore. Only Tobi's Paths can be use more then once, since he has less in numbers.
Edo's restricted: Dan, Madara, Itachi, and Nagato is not allow. Kakuzu can use any element heart. Sasori has 3rd Kazekage. .Gold and Silver brothers do not have their seal pot.
Only two Edo's and Path's can be present for support, at a time.

Kabuto has a shot against Obito here. Well, with Edo's.. I'd say he actually wins. He can bypass Kamui by letting one get absorbed.

Do the paths still have the Biju transformations? (Since your conditions on them are a touch confusing)

If they do; Obito slaughters. If not; Kabuto definitely wins due to the sheer amount of back-up he has with the unrestricted Edo's on top of his own abilities.

*Edit: Just saw that only two Edo's can be present at a time. Im leaning towards Obito for the victor even without Biju filled Jinchuriki; though its still extremely close.

The paths are actually Kabuto's power, so if anything he can undo the edo on them or take them from obito's side easily.
so Kabuto win this easily.

Obito sucks in the two edo's via Kamui then sucks in Kabuto.

Obito can do anything with the jins much like he did in the manga. transformation doesn't count as a turn until they attack.

Your conditions are rather disorganized. What are restricted for Obito? And what for Kabuto? How many Edo's?

Or you could just call it off a spar as usual.

Kabuto easily wins with his army, too many different techniques all at once. Posion, mid-range, close-range, long-range, jutsu of every kind....and all with immortal bodies and infinite chakra. I still solidly retain that nobody other than the Sage could defeat that.

Also you restricted Gedo Mazu & Manda, the fun stuff :'(

(I personally believe Manda defeats the Gedo Statue)

Lol, no. Kabuto can always keep his distance, even in base mode[ ][ ].
With the given location, Kabuto can take advantage of his environment via floating debris w/ stealth mode skills[ ]. This isn't a simple battle for none of them

Question 1: None, other then Mezo Gazo. Obito can use his 6 paths. Only 2 can be use at a time, for a tag team support. Each Path support has only 2 moves, to do something to help, and can no longer be use to help for battle.
Question 2: None, other then Manda II. Kabuto can use all his Edo's but the ones restricted (Dan, Itachi, Nagato, and Madara). The rest only can use one move that could help support Kabuto then that "one" Edo can no longer be use.
Question 3: Kabuto has 26 Edo's he can use. Only two can be use at a time (LOOK AT LIST IF YOU DONT REMEMBER THEM:

As for everyone else, please read the condition carefully, before you make statements of either of them taking this easily.
