If they had develop like these, their battle against Obito and Madara would be easy through Naruto's Sage Mode and Lee and Guy's Taijutsu, and others protected by right apparatus against blinding light and disease, guided by their sensory and telepathy ninjas.

Kakashi is not stronger then madara

madara just does not have a answer to kakashi's kamui and with it kakashi can kill him. that does not mean he is stronger then him.

Their ninja. You don't know when you see them do things. But we still got Sai who can draw himself a bird and fly to Minato and Kakashi and stab the eyes. Anyone could do this. Doesn't haft to be Kakashi.
