So...in other words he can use it. Lee = Guy. With a few minor differences. I think it's safe to assume he can since lee can.

No. Guy stated in part 1 that Lee has a certain characteristic when he gets drunk. Which is drunken fighting. Its unique to Lee. Yes Guy and Lee are the same in fighting styles. But the drunken style is the side effect of Lee drinking.
