Ylford granz. That was a total curbstomp after he was at full power. Sure, he was loosing at 1/5th power, but he still owned him.

where did you get that from, is it true? Because I always thought the way they handled that sucked, he should be dead, just as Haschwath said he was. I just hate when a character with no further development comes back from the dead

Once you achieve bankai your captain level..anyway renji is going to be much stronger kubo even said his bankai changes plus he just came from training so expect him to be much stronger.

Renji is my fave but his banki was the worse is the series lol. His character has such an unique look, but this fell short of his abilities

I believe Renji is to unrefined to be a captain for the same reason I believe Kenpachi shouldn't be a captain, they're both strong but that's just it they are just power houses; little technique, limited variety, and neither one shows tactical ingenuity beyond a basic level, I just think they are "great characters" just not "great CAPTAIN characters", I believe that characters that show a lot more variety like Rukia,Izuru,Hisagi, and Momo would make good captains but they don't currently have the strength to be a captain.

Even with a power up, to have Renji show his new powers at the cost of two Visored captains and possibly Hisagi is ridiculous and pretty much shitty writing Imo.

It wouldn't be as bad if it was a proper Quincy but does anyone even like that dumb Superstar >.<
