If Oro controls fully Minato , will the Yin Kyuubi be fully controlled too ?
And if he don't get fully controlled , can he wake up Minato or take his place ( Like Naruto and Yang Kyuubi ) ?

I dunno cuz orochimaru doesn't have control over the kyuubi. But he does over minato. Basically if orochimaru didn't give minato free control of his.body I don't think minato would.be able.too go km mode

I'm really not too sure. There's the genjutsu argument but I'm not sure if the same method applies. The thing about ET is that the body becomes restricted by the user because of the binding contract. Maybe if Kurama took over he could break out since he could probably overpower the binds of the body but Minato alone can't. The only reason I'd say the other Kurama might be able to pull it off is because Hashirama compared his chakra to the Kyuubi's
