IC means in character correct? what exactly does that mean? I never truly understood IC? Is that when characters are like sort of in their usual fighting mode and are not given made up start offs by us debaters or something?

IC means Gai doesn't automatically go into gates and rape. It means they are in character. Gai would whip out his chucks half way through the battle. Mei would use fodder stuff. Sasori would ultimately win high or extreme diff. If not, Gai solos.

IC means In character, correct. Usually, it refers to the character going off his typical actions, for example, Itachi stating the fight with genjutsu, Sasuke starting the fight with Amateratsu, Sasori starting the fight with Hiruko, etc. If it is out of character, than Gai is allowed to start of the fight immediately with the activation of 7 gates, use Hirudora, and win. Out of character means you are technically manipulating the character in anyway you will without regarding his intelligence to realise or not in any given situation.

Yeah, so I thought. Sasori wins extremely high diff since there's no intel on the poison. There's no intel on magnetism, though Gai has a nunchuk which is metallic. ISWM easily ends this. Lava can reach the curie point of magnetite, but by then Mei is already hit and killed with IS, since the temperature is not instantaneously reached. Then Gai would have to fight 1v1. He ends up dying via being poisoned by a poison cloud, or other means related to IS since he cannot continuously stop it, especially when magnetised.. Edit: People can indeed be magnetised, I can elaborate if needed.

Team 2 wins this imo; Mainly due to Gai since Mei's acidic mist is not good for Team playing but she would be helpful due to her AoE attacks like massive suiton ot lava that would obliterate some puppets.
Acid gives reaction with iron, if Gai is a little further or in gates state that he can repel mist it can be used against İS if it gets dısplayed on time.
