I said I wasn't debated her with Naruto, but Sasuke...did you see how Madara survived it without rinnegan? He proved that the fire on burns what the user sees, so regeneration counters this.
And actually Tsunade is getting Kaumied, she can do what she did with pein, seeing as how it manipulates gravity, and Tsunade has vast amount of physical strength and durability to resist it. (the teleportation just showed this). Her body wont be ripped apart from a gravitation pull, only very hard blunt force

- Kabuto was an Elite Jounin level ninja ( he was said to be on pair with Kakashi, who was close to a Kage's level )
- Tsunade was handicapped ( was drunk, had fear of blood, wasn't on battlefield since the 2nd shinobi war, which was 30 years ago, etc )

Hiruzen might be debatable but tobirama and Minato beat Tsunade easily .
FTG makes this really easy for tobirama and minato to win . Their base speed is also really fast . No way in hell tsunade is landing a punch on them .

That's Ay trying to punch Minato on full speed and we all know how much faster Ay is than Tsunade . Same can be done to Tsunade.
The reaction time of Tobirama is also really good as proved here .

No way in hell Tsunade lands a punch on them .
Her punches mean nothing when she can't hit them so there goes her super strength.
Most simple way to kill her for them is decapitation . Even if tsunade manages to stay alive after her head being chopped off , since she is not not connected to her body , how will she regenerate . Katsuyu can't help her in this because Tobirama and Minato won't let Katsuyu just rejoin her body while they sip tea . Although they might even finish tea and still stop Katsuyu , that's how fast they are .
Now Katsuyu for herself , she is not a big deal for both of them as Minato can simply use Space time barrier and Tobirama solos with this move
