Fixed. Both Tsunade and Sakura held their own against high lvl Ninjas (Sasori/Madara/Orochimaru)

Best combat style would be Madara,Orochimaru,Kabuto,Kakashi,Sasuke,Deidera,Naruto,Minato,Itachi,KillerBee,Kisame

I have to disagree with holding their own.


Sakura had Chiyo by her side to guide her through 60% of the fight, and the remaining part ended rather quickly due to the sealing device. She really hasn't fought anyone else.

Tsunade has only faced a crippled Orochimaru in which she gained the upper hand after returning to her old "Combat Ready" self. Pain wrecked the Village... and I wouldn't call the Madara fight "holding her own."


Current Sakura would likely be able to fight fairly well against high level shinobi. Tsunade can, but just hasn't really been given the opportunity since Madara is tiers above, and she went defense with Pain's invasion.



The best combat style is the most omnipotent one. Balancing all forms of attack and defense. So people like Hebi Sasuke, Kakuzu, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Kakashi, etc. who broaden their attack methods, and have different defensive measures retain what I would call as "the best combat style."


Though realistically, Zetsu has the best style if we aim for Shinobi. His ability to figure into allies is probably the most efficient stealth jutsu. Adding the concept of spores to drain charka, and the fact he can split between Kuro and Shiro... he has a high chance of killing opponents via Assassination.

1. Shiro Zetsu moves and clones nearby allies.

2. Kuro Zetsu begins the attack (Shiro Zetsu never being seen in the combo).

3. Shiro Zetsu arrives as "reinforcements or assistance."

4. Use of Spores is implemented on either the target or Shiro Zetsu

5. Assassination occurs when enemy is in need of "rescue", or attempts to save his "Ally".

Swap Naruto for Madara... for obvious reasons Century year old Tactician with astonishing adaptability ... Naruto has one of the worst fighting styles, his victories are only due to him being the Main character.

So we'll quote the typical complaints here.

He only won against Pain because Pain wasn't trying to kill him.

-Pain wasn't trying to kill him. Naruto couldn't actually kill Pain. Pain was using dead bodies from being immobilized.

Naruto was going up against a guy who had MUCH more experience, led Akatsuki and, no matter how you slice it, decided the BEST way to look for Naruto was to storm Konoha like a pack of stampeding elephants.

Naruto won because of Kurama, Nagato only survived as long as he did in the world because Madara gave him his Rinnegan. Talk about "borrowed power".

Naruto fought against Haku and only won because....

-Okay, true. Won because of Kyuubi, but this was when he was a Genin going up against a guy that was noted to be possibly stronger than Zabuza (who at the time, was an A maybe S-Rank (they let HIDAN into Akatsuki) criminal).

Kakuzu was a guy who had just got done fighting with Ino, Choji, Kakashi etc. before Naruto faced off with him with a NEWLY learnt technique that he had yet to master against a guy with so much experience that he had fought Hashirama. Can't really give Kakuzu too much of a handicap here.

We could go on, but Naruto doesn't necessarily win fights due to being the main character, he wins fights because he goes up against someone WAYYY more powerful than himself at that current moment.

I agree though, Madara has an entertaining fighting style. He's reminding me of Buu...

Regeneration and a disregard for life. This fight will be interesting. Oh, and he's ****ing up the most powerful Shinobi.... While BLIND.

Anything else?? Notice that in the above fights he has show no combat skills besides simply rolling with the situation. His combat skills aren't refined. The ones that are refined he doesn't use them (Frog Kamute).

naruto: taijutsu, sensor abilities, healing abilities, perfect defense, summon,clones speed and many more. tsunade: healing abilities,summon, taijutsu.

Mate go understand what a combat style is before trying to argue ... Him having different modes doesn't = him having a specific style. As I said before Naruto simply goes with the flow of the battle. He has never trully trained in a specific style except MT.Moyaboku, but he doesn't use it..
