For a long time many have wondered if he has it and a lot of people say he failed at trying to obtain SM. But minor or major, he still has some form of SM based on the anime

Oro could have infused his chakra with Juugo's senjutsu before putting it in others, remember how Orochimaru gives others the CM? He had to of had Juugo's chakra in him to put it in Sasuke right? And the more you use the CM, the more you become a slave to Orochimaru so his chakra had to be infused to it.

Having a senju body doesn't mean anything, Did Jiraiya have Senju body? No. Kabuto never said having Karin's DNA allowed him to get SM, he said only thru training can you achieve it's power. Orochimaru tried to replicate Juugo's clan ability, not train like Kabuto, he failed to find a body that can replicate Juugo's clan ability. It never said he tried to train to get the power, Kabuto said he also dreamed to go to the snake place and trained under the Snake Sage where he surpassed Orochimaru

I know, he also absorbed his chakra from Kabuto, and he also got some knowledge from Kabuto, that's why he could copy his perfect Edo Tensei, and he probably know how to enter SM perfectly, also he got Senju DNA now.
Knowing how it's done doesn't me you can do it, Kabuto had to train to master SM power while Orochimaru only tried replicating Juugo's clan ability but couldn't find a body that could copy the ability

. Pa toad told Naruto what to do but Naruto didn't just gain the power to absorb and sense natural energy, he had to train and used clones to speed up the time. Also had to train himself to be completely still which also allowed him to absorb even more natural energy than he did with the oil. Having Senju DNA means nothing there since it's all chakra control in the form of chakra molding using senjutsu, and nothing about the body.

He has senjutsu chakra, but according to Kabuto his body couldn't maintain it, that is why he was going body hunting
