Traitor? pfft what did he do to betray konoha. Attack B? B wanted a vacation, Sasuke was just being a nice guy like he is and helping.

He left the city to train with orochimaru to kill the person who destroyed the Uchiha clan and killed Orochimaru when his training was done. I would say killing an s rank missing nin that destroyed half of konoha and killed the third is a +1 in the not being a traitor book.

Sakura came at him with a poisioned kunai, you can't blame him for defending himself!

The fight between Naruto and Sasuke, pfft that wasn't a fight. It was a gentlemen's challenge, plus he left Naruto alive.

Kill Itachi? More like became the hero of the village by killing the murderer of the Uchiha!

And he is now a key proponent to the alliance, and without him pulling the chakra out of the juubito wouldn't have been possible!

He revived orochimaru who summoned the four hokages to help in the war. Another +1 for loving and believing in the hokage's strength and opinions.

Sounds to me like he is only doing good things to help konoha and its allies, totally not a traitor.
