Oro confirms with all the information he has gathered over the years Sasuke will surpass Madara because he has more potiential. Now that Madara is enhanced with Rinnegan, Hashirama DNA it's possible Sasuke will still surpass him like Oro said. So we can see Sasuke with the Rinnegan, psuedo sage mode and possibly a new power soon.

Even Madara wants the young Uchiha on his side. He probably realizes it too because a young uchiha with EMS is unheard of.
