I'm pretty sure Madara would sense the pressure of Kakashi's Mangekyou and pull of some other shit. And Kuro-Zetsu is taking control of Obito because this will be how Kishi gets rid of Kakashi....Once and for all. A fitting end for the remnants of Team Minato.
