Too bad the Raikage's physical power alone would fodderize Kisame's sword. Hell stab isn't needed here.

Frankly, I don't remember too much of the Raikage's feats without the Raiton no Yoroi, but I highly doubt that he's displayed enough physical strength to be able to even graze Samehada, who has been seen effortlessly smashing through small hills made of rock. [ - - ] Samehada has been seen injured once in this Manga, and that was when it took a direct hit from , having had to take on the extreme force, and the corrosive Biju Chakra all at once. And I should also mention that even after this, the injuries of both Kisame and Samehada were healed almost instantly.

Without the aid of the Raiton no Yoroi, the Raikage is not managing to injure Samehada. And even if he did manage to, there's nothing preventing Kisame from simply healing the injury before putting up the Suirō Sameodori, to completely render the Raikage's attacks useless. As I said, the Raikage has nothing to take on Kisame and Samehada.

The Sandaime Raikage isn't beating Kisame. Not a chance. Kisame will smack him around like the Sandaime was his bitch.

Obito, Itachi, Kisame and Nagato beat him maybe -just maybe- Sasori beats him the rest lose (lightning negates Deidara's raiton based attacks, Kakuzu does not have what it takes to kill him his hearts get wrecked also hell stab pierces domu, Konan can't even dent him and get outlasted, Hidan Will get chopped and Zetsu probably can't get his spores to him due to lightning armor, black lightning covers a decent area thus can get to Zetsu)

He can't get past Kisame.

Remember these scans? [ - ] This is the way the whole fight will be going. No matter how the Raikage approaches Kisame, he'll simply have his Chakra absorbed, and would be more likely to end up breaking his finger rather than doing any damage to him whatsoever.

He'll be losing Chakra, while Kisame will be gaining it, and in the end, he will be brought down either by Samehada, or if it comes to it, a simple Suirō Sameodori followed up by a Daikōdan.

Frankly, Kisame may just be the worst match up to face against the Raikage. The Raikage's lack of long range attacks makes it impossible for him to get Kisame at a long range, and the fact that he relies so heavily on Chakra based attacks and defense [Raiton no Yoroi] puts him at an immense disadvantage against someone who can simply absorb that Chakra. In the end, this match up would go just about exactly the same as Kisame's fight with Kirabi did.

So your RP'ng again huh...

And Kisame wins

1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 are all definitive wins. Kisame is also a potential win as kisame wouldn't be able to absorb his entire cloak on the first strike. at that point he'd simply go in for the kill with nukites. Kisame's survived having his chest blasted open (skin broken), but he's never shown to remotely survive injured/destroyed organs. 5 can be taken mid/high diff.

as for 8, 9 and 10. 9 is easier than 8 since it's only deva. 3rd raikage can take advantage of the interval and put him down, he wouldn't have anything to really hurt the raikage. He couldn't have time to prep CT at the start either.

While there is absolutely no way the Sandaime can defeat Kisame, there's the possibility of him stopping at Kakuzu. Which is a match that can go either way.

Why you say that?

While Doton: Domu is essentially pointless in this match, Fūton: Atsugai has its applications here when used in succession. Gian as well.

That match all comes down to if Kakuzu can get enough hits in before the Sandaime can get close. Though I believe the Sandaime would win the match up; there's still the possibility of Kakuzu getting a win.

Wait, even Hidan tanked the Atsugai without a scratch :|

You should cuz apparently you think the 3rd Raikage is only as durable as Kakashi ( and he is less durable then Hidan )

Did I say that? Or is reading comprehension and thinking you know the basics of Naruto too much to ask? Not only that; I already said the Sandaime would be the victor, I was mearly showing that there was a chance for Kakuzu to win.

Yet Kakashi didn't and he escaped the full force of the attack.

3rd Raikage >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Hidan >>>>>>>>>>>>> Kakashi ( durability ).

The Atsugai won't even scratch his body, considering even Hidan tanked it, period. He counters the Gian with his own Raiton release. Kakuzu is outclassed here, he stands no chance.
