How so?

-They can't escape or destroy the Flower Tree World, so they get put to sleep. Izanagi won't matter since falling asleep isn't going to activate it, and even if it does, Kisame is dead and Danzo is left to fight on his own, a fight we all know he can't win.

-Jukai Kotan would run them over and turn them into paste, Danzo would survive with Izanagi, but would get soundly beaten down by Madara in the rest of the fight.

-Mokuryu can absorb any type of chakra, so it'd be able to bind Danzo and absorb chakra till he can't activate Izanagi again due to chakra issue, then he dies.

Madara can't lose here.

How does Madara counter Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha? He can't use Mukoton nor can he use Katon in it. Baku takes one for the team and absorbs the Pollen and the tree.

Dai Bakusui Shoha is an attack that leads up to the water dome, so I'm gonna assume that you are talking about the water dome.

1. He can use Mokuton in the Water Dome as the ground is still at the bottom of the dome.

2. Katon is unnecessary.

Danzo will drown too. lol.

If you meant GSB, then large scale Mokuton blocks it as the wood will be left behind even though there is no chakra controlling it, or he can escape of AC mentioned.
