Madara - 6 (Best design & mythos but the more I saw the more I grow to dislike him)

Obito - 9 (Love Obito, I like the War Mask, Jinchuuriki & Unmasked...lose a point for Good Boy Tobi)

Pain - 7 (Interesting and diverse, lessened by Nagato killing himself)

Kabuto - 10 (Biggest Kabuto fan on the base)

Orochimaru - 7 (always been cool but doesn't speak to me)

You're not smart Macho. Madara was my second favourite ages back and he's gone downhill since the Itachi Pursuit Arc, I still like him- he's just a shallow character.

Obito - 6, i thought i understood him but it literally was all about Rin

Pain - 10, the only Naruto villain to give me chills

Kabuto - 9, he was a legit villain but Kishi didn't allow him to grow as one

Pain/Nagato - 9,5 (Awesome character)

Orochimaru - 5 (He's obviously a very important part of the series, but I never liked him in particular)

Madara - 6.5 (Been very boring lately, but is now revving up)

Obito - 7 (Love his Tobi persona [Tobi - 9] and that he managed to screw over Madara in his darkest hour and become the Second Sage)

Kabuto - 10 (At first I loved him because he was the continuation of Orochimaru, but then his backstory and motives were revealed, and he's a truly tragic, heart-breaking character)

Orochimaru - 11 (Got me into Naruto and had my complete attention for years. His presence, lines, appearence, and everything about him is fantastic. Greatest villain by far for me, and always will be)

Madara - 7 so far, he is epic, but he is not unique as the other villains.
Obito - 9, should be 10 if he wouldn't PNJ'd, my favorite character.
Pain - 8.5 because of his desgin/story.
Kabuto - 8, he is on my top 3.
Orochimaru - 9.5, just because we still knows nothing about him after like ten years... (still believe that he is the final villain)

Madara - 10 (i like his design too and until now he has been doing his job as a villain which is great and rare in this manga).

Obito - 5.5 (lately he has went down hill imo: fell victim of the talk no jutsu, easily manipulated by Madara... Good boy Tobi was fine though).

Pain - 7.5 (he was fine, killed an important character, Jiraiya, caused a lot of destruction and had a sad background).

Kabuto - 10 (from Oro's underling to an improved version of his master, then caused a war a released Madara as an Edo, he's the reason this manga is still going on).

Oro - 9 (the original villain and my favorite, he's another reason why the manga is still going on and that's why i gave him a 9, if he ended up being the final villain i'd give him a 10).
