If you read the OP properly then you would see that your argument breaks under its own weight. Even if that was the case, I would side with SasukeNamikaze; Madara doesn't have Shinsuusenju. Even despite the fact its a Mokuton; that doesn't equate to him having it, as there's nothing to say he does have all Mokuton Jutsu.

That said, I believe Madara takes this High Difficulty. If I had added Senjutsu chakra to the OP then it would Medium.​
