It makes perfect sense. Madara has no eyes right now, he has Hashi DNA and Hashi SM in him. He do diff'd Hashirama though... 1v1 Hashi is basically fighting himself and madara

With plot armour anybody can rape anybody, which is what people are high off of. Sasuke easily could have shot a second Ama and finished Mads when he found out the Rinnegan is gone.
