[Suggestion] New Designer

Base need some new designer's. The Narutobase banner is old, it needs to be changed.

I don't think NB needs anymore designers. We have CasualMisfit to paint us those gorgeous banners, and that's about it.

Other members have participated by making graphics for the forum such as rank, village bars and awards which are all very simple pieces to make. But a new designer? No, it's not necessary at all.

This^ the banner will probably get changed eventually to reflect the x-mas/New years holidays comming up. But the current banner is fine.

The banners used for this site are merely works of art. The notion of updating to keep with the manga is unnecessary.​
