How is a location going to help 4th? Hes not Gaara, he dont manipulate sand, but gold dust which he can summon in large quantities, desert has nothing to do with it.

I'm pretty sure the 4th kazekage can summon gold dust without the need of a fit terrain unlike Gaara. So with that he can pretty much finish this battle of without a lot of effort yet he has many feats unrevealed yet since as a kazekage its most likely to have more then just that much of capability.

Kazekage buries them w/ Gold Dust, as others have said he beat Shukaku in the Desert, which shows he's very powerful. Sakura on the other hand while implied to have potentially surpassed Tsunade, has not yet shown this to be the case.
