Why is Madara blind and how will he capture and seal 9 tailed beast also what does hashi means he retrieved his past powers

One of Madaras' eyes is in Obito. Not sure where the other one is, as he had given them to Nagato before he died, and taken some randos' eyes (I think Uchiha, but I can't remember if he had a sharingan when he met Obito). So it's hard to say where his second eye is. Hopefully he won't take Sasuke's.

Which could explain why zetsu has took over obito's body after the rinne tensei, especially the Rinnegan part in obito, Black zetsu is planning to take out madara's rinnegan from obito
