That might just be a defeated opponent who has kyuubi chakra who hes standing on. Dont jump to conclusions.

Edit: His foot may have made that sound as it impacted. We dont really see chakra getting absorbed.

The caption in the panel with Madara stepping on the person clearly says "suck". So he is absorbing the chakra. Its already been established that the Kyuubi cloak everyone has heals minor injuries, so its fair to jump to the conclusion that he is healing himself via the Kyuubi cloak that he is absorbing.

He is obviously absorbing the charka the prefix says "suck" . Now he can be healing due too hashirama ability too heal without performing seals. But hashirama did say he can absorb ninjutsu. And that he somehow revived his old power.

He could be healing through Kurama's chakra but, I believe it is more due to the fact that he has Hashirama's powers. Rather than the fact that he is absorbing Kurama's chakra. I believe the reason he is doing that is for extra chakra and so on.

People, the caption clearly says "suck", if you don't think hes absorbing it than I don't know what could convince you.
