Strength: Naruto's physical strength is already through the roof with SM boost.
Speed: I'm not sure about speed because we haven't seen any good speed feats from any of them if you ask me.
Reflexes: Naruto's Sage Mode gives him excellent reflexes, but Sasuke with his MS also gives him the ability to see him....... only problem is is that we don't know which one of them can react faster.
Agility: I honestly don't know about this one.
Bukajutsu (Tool Use): Last time a kunai hit someone was probably somewhere before episode 50 in part 1 so i don't see how this is even going to be relevant.
Ninjutsu:Sasuke
Offense: Sasuke has Yasaka Magatama ( or he should have) and many other offensive ninjutsu, while Naruto's best offensive ninjutsu is the FRS.
Defense: Sasuke's Susano'o takes this obviously.
Supplementary: Can't really think of any supplementary ninjutsu that they have.
Support: Sasuke and Naruto both have summons, and as we have seen in part 1, Snakes>Toads.
Efficiency: Sasuke really does have a plan and normally wouldn't go all out in an instant.
Genjutsu: Wtf is this even a question obv Sasuke takes this.
Offense: Naruto has some destructive power but so does Sasuke so i would say either the same or Naruto slightly takes this.
Defense: Sasuke's Susano'o takes this~
Intelligence: Sasuke is smarter than Naruto....... Naruto is just too reckless.
General: Naruto doesn't have much knowledge at all, but sometimes when put in hard situations he really does end up doing a good job, where as Sasuke ends up chickening out or he will panic.
Tactics: Naruto really doesn't have tactics...... Sasuke on the other hand does.
Total: Honestly...... i give this to Naruto simply because of his raw power and stamina............ i don't think his intelligence will play much of a role in this fight, and of course Rasengan and shadowclones is the only thing he will need to fight Sasuke.

But you failed to mention that Naruto has shadow clones as back ups to replenish the sage mode. And on top of that he can now use ma and pa due to kurama balancing his chakra with Naruto's. And Sasuke was not using Susanoo like you say.
